Refund and Returns Policy
Refund and Returns Policy
Last updated: September 17, 2026
This policy explains how Gustoscoop LLC handles refunds for digital ebooks purchased directly from Gustoscoop.shop and how physical-book returns are managed for purchases made separately through Amazon.
1. Digital ebooks purchased from Gustoscoop.shop
PDF and EPUB ebooks are supplied electronically after successful payment. Because access is provided promptly, digital sales are generally final once the files have been made available or downloaded, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Please contact us if the file is incorrect, corrupted, inaccessible, materially different from its description, or if the same order was charged more than once. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide technical assistance, restore access, provide a replacement file, correct a duplicate charge, or issue a refund where appropriate or legally required.
Send requests to digitalprod@gustoscoop.shop with the order number and a brief description of the problem. Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive financial information.
2. Paperback and hardcover purchases on Amazon
Paperback and hardcover editions are purchased through Amazon, not through the Gustoscoop.shop checkout. Amazon displays the available countries, price, shipping options, delivery estimate, cancellation options, return eligibility, return method, return costs, replacement options, and refund timing for the applicable customer and order.
To request a return or replacement for an Amazon order, use Your Orders in the Amazon account used for the purchase and follow the instructions shown for that order. Do not mail an Amazon purchase to the Gustoscoop registered office.
3. Refund processing
Approved refunds for purchases made on Gustoscoop.shop are returned to the original payment method. Processing and posting times may vary by payment provider and financial institution. Refunds for Amazon purchases are processed by Amazon under the terms shown for the relevant order.
4. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
