1. Who is responsible for your information

Gustoscoop LLC is responsible for the personal information processed through Gustoscoop.shop.

2. Information we collect

  • Order and account information: name, billing details, email address, account details, products purchased, order status, and download entitlements.
  • Payment information: payment status and limited transaction references supplied by our payment provider. Complete card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Gustoscoop.
  • Technical and usage information: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, referring pages, cookie choices, security logs, and download activity.
  • Communications: messages, support requests, and information submitted through contact forms.
  • Marketing and analytics information: cookie identifiers and interaction data when permitted by your consent choices and applicable law.

3. Why we use personal information

  • To process orders, deliver digital files, maintain download access, and provide support.
  • To prevent fraud, secure the website, diagnose errors, and protect our rights and users.
  • To keep accounting, tax, payment, and transaction records where required.
  • To measure website and campaign performance and improve the store.

Depending on the activity and applicable law, we rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the store, and consent for optional cookies or marketing.

We use service providers that support hosting, ecommerce, payments, email delivery, analytics, consent management, security, and advertising. These may include Hostinger, WordPress and WooCommerce providers, Stripe, Google services such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, Meta technologies where enabled, Complianz, and our transactional-email provider. Providers process information under their own terms and applicable data-protection obligations.

Amazon is a separate sales channel. If you follow an Amazon link or buy a physical edition there, Amazon collects and processes information under Amazon’s own privacy notice and order terms. Gustoscoop.shop does not process the Amazon checkout.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Necessary cookies support functions such as security, consent choices, carts, and checkout. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are controlled through the site’s consent tools where required. You can use Manage Consent on the website to review or change available choices.

We do not sell personal information for money. Certain analytics or advertising activities may be treated as “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws. Where applicable, you can limit those activities through the consent controls or by contacting us.
