1. Business information

The registered office is not a consumer-return address. Physical-book returns must be initiated through the Amazon account used for the purchase.

2. Products and sales channels

Gustoscoop.shop sells digital ebooks in PDF and EPUB formats. Paperback and hardcover editions are offered separately through Amazon. An Amazon purchase is completed on Amazon and is also subject to the terms, prices, availability, shipping, cancellation, return, and refund information displayed by Amazon for that order.

3. Prices and payment

Prices shown on Gustoscoop.shop are in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment for website purchases is processed by the payment methods offered at checkout, currently including Stripe-supported card payments and Link. Gustoscoop does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers.

4. Digital delivery and access

Digital access is granted after successful payment through the order-confirmation page and transactional email. Unless the product page states otherwise, each purchase provides one authorized download. If a technical fault prevents access, contact digitalprod@gustoscoop.shop with the order number so that the issue can be investigated.

5. Refunds

Digital refunds and Amazon physical-book returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

6. Personal-use license

A digital purchase grants the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read the ebook for personal use. The ebook may not be copied, uploaded, shared, distributed, resold, publicly displayed, or used commercially except with prior written permission or where the law expressly permits the use.

7. Website and product information

We work to keep descriptions, prices, availability, and technical information accurate. If an obvious error affects an order, we may contact the purchaser to correct or cancel the affected transaction and provide any required refund.

8. Intellectual property

Books, illustrations, cover artwork, branding, website copy, and other protected materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gustoscoop LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Applicable law and consumer rights

These Terms operate subject to applicable law. Customers retain any mandatory rights and protections that apply in their country, state, or province. No unresolved choice of governing law is represented on this page.

11. Changes and contact
